Shipping & Delivery Policy – Sanket Electrotech

We aim to ship your orders quickly and safely across India.
1) Processing Time
- In-stock items: usually dispatch within 24–48 hours (business days) after payment confirmation.
- Bulk / custom orders: dispatch timelines will be shared on order confirmation.
2) Delivery Time & Carriers
- Typical delivery: 2–7 business days depending on your location and courier serviceability.
- We ship via reputed partners (surface/air) based on product type and destination.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier network, local restrictions, weather, or festive peaks.
3) Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight/volumetric weight, destination, and service level.
- Any express or special handling requests may attract additional charges (shown at checkout or shared by our team).
4) Order Tracking
- You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
- You can also contact us for updates if tracking appears delayed.
5) Delivery Attempts & Address
- Couriers usually make 1–3 delivery attempts. Ensure your phone and address are accurate and reachable.
- If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address / repeated delivery failure, re-shipping charges may apply.
6) Inspection on Delivery
- Please check the outer packaging for tampering or damage before signing.
- If damaged, mention “Package damaged” on the courier POD and record photos/videos; contact us within 48 hours so we can raise a claim and arrange replacement.
7) High-Value / Fragile Goods
- Some items (e.g., drives, IGBTs) may ship with extra protective packaging or via surface to prevent damage.
- We may split shipments to optimize safety and lead time.
8) Pincodes & Serviceability
- We currently serve most pincodes in India. If your address is non-serviceable, we’ll inform you and offer alternatives (different courier, pickup from nearest hub, or a full refund).
9) International Shipping (If Applicable)
- If you require export, write to support@sanketelectrotech.com with item list and destination.
- Duties, taxes, and customs clearance at destination are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10) Failed Delivery / RTO
- For RTO (Return to Origin) due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal, we can reship after collecting re-shipping charges.
- If you prefer a refund, we’ll deduct two-way freight plus any non-refundable payment gateway fees, unless the failure was due to our error.
