Return & Refund Policy – Sanket Electrotech

Thank you for shopping at Sanket Electrotech. We want you to be confident in every purchase.
This policy explains when and how you can return items and receive a refund or replacement.
1) Return Window
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
2) Eligibility & Condition
A return is eligible if:
- The product is unused / uninstalled, free of scratches or dents.
- All labels (including serial/IMEI, if any) are intact.
- You obtained a Return Authorization (RMA) from us before shipping the item back.
- Items returned without an RMA or received in non-resalable condition may be rejected or charged a restocking fee (up to 15%).
3) Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-built control panels, specially procured items, or items marked “Non-returnable.”
- Opened semiconductors / IGBTs and ESD-sensitive parts not returned in sealed, anti-static packaging.
- Installed electrical/electronic items showing signs of use or wiring.
- Clearance or final sale items.
4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the outer box, shipping label, and product.
- We will arrange replacement or refund after verification.
5) How to Start a Return
- Email support@sanketelectrotech.com with your Order ID, product name, reason, and photos/video (if applicable).
- Once approved, we’ll share an RMA number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely (include all accessories and invoice).
- Ship using the instructed method or wait for our arranged pickup (where available).
- Share the return tracking number with us.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is damaged/defective/incorrect on arrival.
6) Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (e.g., Razorpay / Shopify Payments).
- Shipping charges, COD fees (if any), and non-refundable payment gateway fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If a replacement is preferred, we’ll dispatch once the return is processed.
7) Exchanges
- Like-for-like exchanges are possible if stock is available. Otherwise, we’ll process a refund per this policy.
8) Warranty Support
- Products carry manufacturer or seller warranty as specified on the product page/invoice.
- For post-installation failures, we’ll assist with warranty diagnosis and service as per warranty terms.
